Anchor Pointe is full of nautical charm and will serve as a wonderful backdrop to all of your beach memories. This gracious Destin vacation home is a five-bedroom, four and one half bathroom property in the Crystal Shores neighborhood. Right off of Scenic Highway 98, this community is one of the area's most famous for its close proximity to the beach, bars, dining, shopping, and more.
Comprised of a main house and a guest house, Anchor Pointe is suited to accommodate up to 14 guests. Cool blues, teals, and greens throughout the house will have you in a coastal mood as soon as you step in. The bright, open living space provides plenty of space for everybody to get together and enjoy morning breakfast to plan the day ahead, family dinner to reminisce on the day's memories, fun game nights, and relaxing movie nights. A game room in the guest house also includes a foosball table and ping pong table for added entertainment. When it warms up, you can take a refreshing dip in your private pool or catch up on a good book while lounging in the sun. A private barbecue grill can be utilized by the grill master to turn up the heat and grill burgers, steaks, or the day's fresh catch. Relax and unwind while sipping on a refreshing glass of lemonade or a fruity cocktail on the covered front porch. Plenty of rocking chairs and furniture provide an idyllic spot to enjoy a breezy afternoon or cool evening amongst the palms.
Four of the guest rooms are located in the main house, while a fifth bedroom is available in the guest house. On the first floor of the main house alongside a laundry room and powder bathroom, there is a bedroom with a king bed and a private en suite bathroom. On the second floor, you will find an additional king bedroom along with a bunk room housing two sets of twin bunks. A full hall bathroom is available on this level. On the top floor, the king master suite boasts a wet bar, private luxury bath, and stunning views of the crystal clear water just across the street. The guest house features a small kitchenette, a fully furnished living, and dining area, a full hall bathroom, a bedroom with a king bed, and a twin over full bunk.
When you're ready to leave the house and explore, Scenic Highway 98 is dotted up and down with fun beach bars and great local restaurants. The Crystal Shores neighborhood of Crystal Beach is close to multiple entertainment and shopping districts, including the Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall, the Destin Commons, and the Destin Harbor Boardwalk.
